Installations and Commissioning

  • We perform an initial Requirements Analysis to define your ideas.

Support and Maintenance

  • We install a monitoring system that will oversee all your systems on a 24/7 basis. If an undesired event should come up, we receive an alert and take immediate action to sort the issue.
  • If maintenance is required for a previously installed system we perform a complete Initial Audit to check for flaws. Next we perform Vulnerability and Performance Assessments of the system and if required we take Remedial Actions. Then we provide our superb support and maintenance.
  • Having a Maintenance Contract with us awards you with up to 20% discount against our labour costs for any requests.
  • We offer yearly rolling contracts with a monthly payment or a yearly payment to get extra discounts.
  • Proactive Maintenance, you pay us to work so every month we spend time in any of the following:
    • Emergency visits requested by you or flagged out by the monitoring system.
    • Either remote or on site software updates.
    • System functionality modifications.
  • We present monthly reports for all visits, updates, monitoring and modifications which are performed as maintenance of the systems under support contract, so you can keep track of what is being done for you.
  • AVITHA will do its best to perform a pleasant and familiar service. That is, if a request is made and it is a small five-minute task we will not charge for it but will do it for FREE as a sign of GOOD WILL.
