Introduction
At Portman Square, Marylebone, in the very heart of London and in the very heart of AVITHA is this development of a luxury apartment for which the request was to bring a full package of home automation installation. Considering the type of client, an interior design company which highly values the aesthetics, the entire system was based on minimal intervention of the site designs while keeping all best standards and the requested functionality.
Project brief
A beautiful project that thanks to the hard job of all the parties achieved an exquisite finishing. AVITHA provided an assortment of the best products and systems for each field requested, giving the interior designers as many options and advise on each brand as necessary until finding the desired product on their minds and views.
As well as being supplier, designer and installer for several products and systems on this project, AVITHA helped as a consultant for the interior designer in a number of occasions, bringing that extra which makes the difference.
With all that said, the experience on this project will be remembered as entirely positive. There is room yet to highlight that a very good relationship with the client made everything pleasant to deal with and enhanced the result of the project achieving a final product to be proud of.
AVITHA achieved a pristine finishing in all the fields requested and knew how to overturn each mishap presented along the project.

Technical Overview
The technologies that feature in this high profile project are highlighted below:
20 zones, including a home theatre room and a Hi-Fi salon.
– Centralised Savant control to manage all music, AV, security, HVAC and lights.
– Multi room music made out of a Savant matrix and AudioControl multi zone amplifiers makes a superb Hi-Fi music distribution throughout the entire 20 zones.
– The audio of the entire luxury property stands up to the highest standards. A combination of Bang & Olufsen, KEF, Bowers & Wilkins, Bose, and Yamaha speakers are the drivers of the splendid audio.
– Autonomic music server to allow 6 different music streamings at the same time in any zone, including music from AirPlay and TuneIn.
– Savant 4K AV matrix along 4K HDBaseT allows distribution in any combination you can imagine of 4K Apple TV, 4K Sky Q and 4K Arabsat/Russian satellite receiver to any of the 7 AV zones including the home theatre.
– An spectacular home theatre with the best image worldwide possible thanks to Dolby Vision and the best specs in audio with a Dolby Atmos and THX certified 5.2 surround system. The commendation goes to a McIntosh AVR and LG 86″ TV on the video side and an immensely powerful McIntosh amplifier supplying KEF THX certified speakers and subwoofer plus a support of Bang & Olufsen active surround speakers. Also joining this jewel and making possible the most alluring scenes on an all controlled Lutron lighting, motorised roman blinds and HVAC climate systems.
